P160-M flyovers seen to decongest 2 city points

The flyover would be implemented by the Iloilo City District Engineering Office. A public consultation was already undertaken, attended by variousstakeholders that included owners of existing overhead and undergroundutilities that may be affected by the construction, said Gustilo.
