Owego teen surprised by a special visitor just in time for Christmas

OWEGO (WBNG) — This Christmas, thousands of active duty military personnel will not make the trip home to see their families and loved ones. For one local teenager, Harlea Russell, she planned on spending Christmas away from her brother, who is stationed in Missouri with the Air Force. A special visitor, her brother, Hunter Russell, making the trip all the way to Owego, to surprise her on her birthday, and to celebrate the Christmas season.
