For one local teenager, Harlea Russell, she planned on spending Christmas away from her brother, who is stationed in Missouri with the Air Force. A special visitor, her brother, Hunter Russell, making the trip all the way to Owego, to surprise her on her birthday, and to celebrate the Christmas season. It was the first time he had been home in a year. “I was like, very speechless to say the least, I didn’t know what to say, or what to do,” said Harlea after seeing her brother. Harlea thought she was going out to dinner with her family to celebrate her birthday. After sitting down at the table, the dinner, became anything but ordinary.
