The Commissioning Ceremony will be performed by the President, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan GCFR at the Naval Dockyard Ltd, Victoria Island, Lagos.The acquisition is a landmark achievement for the Nigerian Navy and the Federal Government.
